海马在疼痛抑郁共病中的研究进展
Research Progress of Hippocampus in Pain and Depression Comorbidity
摘要
Abstract
The hippocampus is an important region of the brain that plays a role in memory,emotions and stress respon-ses.Pain and depression often co-occur clinically,and pain often worsens depressive symptoms,and vice versa.Structural and functional changes in the hippocampus are considered to be important neurobiological mechanisms of pain and depression comor-bidity.This paper reviews the relationship between morphological and neurochemical changes in the hippocampus with depression,chronic pain and pain depression comorbidities.These studies provide a new perspective for understanding the pathophysiological mechanisms of pain and depression comorbidity,and provide the possibility for developing new treatment strategies.关键词
