虎杖苷的药理作用研究进展
Research Progress on Pharmacological Effects of Polydatin
摘要
Abstract
Polydatin is a natural medicine extracted from the traditional Chinese medicine Polygoni Cuspidati Rhizoma et Radix.In this paper,we summarized the research on the pharmacological effects of polydatin in the pastfive years,and found that polydatin has significant effects in myocardial protection,vascular protection,neuroprotection,liver protection and anti-diabetes.However,there are few researches on the molecular mechanism of the pharmacological action of polydatin,and the target protein it binds to has not yet been determined.Research in this area will continue to be a hot topic in the future.关键词
