摘要
Abstract
Neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders(NMOSD)are a group of autoimmune disorders of the central nervous system associated with AQP4-IgG.Patients with NMOSD often have the symptoms of visual deterioration,blurred vision,or complete blindness,as well as muscle weakness,muscle spasms,and paresthesia such as pain and numbness.The risk of this disease in men is significantly lower than that in women,and age distribution shows that most patients develop the disease at an age of 40 years.This article reports a case of NMOSD in an elderly male patient aged 74 years who had the initial symptoms of upper abdominal discomfort and belching.It is hoped that when encountering patients with unexplained upper abdominal discomfort and belching,clinicians can expand their thinking and consider the possibility of NMOSD.关键词
