Distributed Low Carbon Dispatch for Distribution Networks With Carbon Emission Sharing

Abstract
Aiming at the problem that large-scale new energy and energy storage access to the distribution network leads to the difficulty of carbon emission traceability and the overburden of communication,a regional distributed control method of the distribution network considering carbon emission sharing is proposed.First,based on the topology and node information of the distribution network,the spectral clustering method is used to divide the distribution network into clusters.Then,the influence of new energy sources and energy storage components on the distribution of carbon flow is quantified,and the carbon flow calculation method applicable to the new type power system is proposed to solve the traceability problem of the spatial and temporal transfer of carbon emission due to the operation of energy storage.The dynamic carbon emission factor reflecting the regional carbon emission of electric power is proposed by combining with the concept of carbon potential.Finally,based on the boundary coupling relationship,the distribution network current and carbon flow are decoupled,and the consistent alternating direction multiplier method is utilized to solve the distributed scheduling model of the distribution network in parallel.The simulation results show that the proposed method can achieve accurate traceability of regional carbon emissions and reasonable sharing of carbon emission responsibility while protecting the data privacy of each region and reducing communication pressure.关键词
