基于关键知情人访谈的公立医院管理者对DRG付费认知分析
Cognition of managers from public hospitals on DRG payment based on key informant interview

Abstract
Objective To analyze the cognition of managers from third-level public hospitals on diagnosis related groups(DRG)payment and to propose targeted suggestions.Methods Totally 35 third-level public hos-pital managers were selected for key informant interviews in four cities of a province where DRG payment reform has been carried out.Descriptive analysis was conducted on the interview results.Results Most of the interview-ees believed that the most concerned reform goal was to achieve the balance of hospital revenue and expenditure(85.71％),that the most expected reform goal already achieved was to reduce the financial burden on patients(68.58％),that the focus of management was to strengthen the quality of medical records(77.14％),and that the difficulty of management was to achieve the balance of income and expenditure(65.71％).Only 40.00％of the interviewees were satisfied with DRG payment work.The main reasons for dissatisfaction were serious over-ex-penditure(100.00％),restricted development of technology(70.00％)and damaged enthusiasm of physicians(50.00％).Conclusions Public hospital managers have balanced multiple interests during DRG payment re-form.But some of the expected goals have not been achieved,which is in urgent need of multi-party collaboration.关键词
