Abstract
In the course of Chinese-style modernization,the innovation in community-level social govern-ance led by the Party exemplifies the principles of organizational mobilization and collaborative governance.These principles serve as essential dimensions for understanding the"logic of China."Organizational mobiliza-tion seeks to activate both the political and organizational functions of Party entities,thereby shaping mechanisms for grassroots governance innovation under Party leadership.Structurally,this approach harnesses political mo-mentum to fortify organizational frameworks,thus establishing a systematic framework for mobilization.Opera-tionally,it capitalizes on the potential offered by Party leadership to unify governance actions,promoting a direc-tive form of mobilization.Effective governance hinges not only on mobilized efforts but also on collaborative ap-proaches.Leveraging the institutional strengths inherent in Party organizations,collaborative governance employs integrative power to develop interaction mechanisms that facilitate innovative grassroots social governance directed by the Party.From a governance perspective,this model integrates and connects various elements within its framework,showcasing collaboration based on individual components.From a reform standpoint,it strikes a bal-ance between order and dynamic engagement through multidimensional interactions—demonstrating collaboration driven by responsibility.As an inherently Chinese innovative approach to governance,organizational mobilization and collaborative governance exhibit significant consistency and robust interconnection with each other alongside shared creation methodologies.Collectively,they vividly manifest both governing practices and insightful wisdom from the Communist Party of China while providing valuable lessons in converting institutional advantages into ef-fective governance outcomes.关键词
