Abstract
The differential diagnosis of canine round cell tumor(RCT)poses a significant challenge in veterinary pathology,with commercially available diagnostic kits often being imported,expensive,or inaccessible.To address this issue,this study utilized staining analyses involving 18 immunomarker antibodies and one specific dye targeting nine types of canine RCTs,optimizing the staining protocols.The results identified 13 effective immunomarker antibodies and one dye,including ionized calcium binding adapter molecule 1(Iba 1)for histiocytomas,cluster of differentiation 3(CD3)for T-cell lymphomas,cluster of differentiation 20(CD20)for B-cell lymphomas,and toluidine blue(T-blue)for mast cell tumors.Using these optimized staining methods,14 clinical canine RCT cases were successfully diagnosed,demonstrating reliable diagnostic outcomes.This study provides a cost-effective antibody combination and staining protocol for the differential diagnosis of canine RCTs.关键词
