4例犬恶性黑色素瘤病理学和PNL-2免疫组织化学染色检查
Histopathological and PNL-2 Immunohistochemical Examination of Four Cases of Canine Malignant Melanoma

Abstract
In order to accurately diagnose 4 suspected canine tumor clinical cases,this study examined tissue samples from 4 suspected canine tumors sent for clinical testing.After hematoxylin-eosin(H.E.)staining,the microscopic examination revealed that the proliferating cells were arranged in bundles,sheets,nests,and spiral patterns,with cells being spindle-shaped or polygonal.Some cells contained melanin granules in their cytoplasm,which is characteristic of melanocytic tumors.To further investigate the cell morphology and confirm the diagnosis,melanoma-associated antigen(PNL-2)immunohistochemical(IHC)staining was performed on the tumor cells,followed by visualization using diaminobenzidine(DAB)and 3-amino-9-ethylcarbazole(AEC)chromogenic solutions.The results were consistent with malignant melanoma(MM).This study utilized a comprehensive analysis of the cell morphology and IHC staining results,diagnosing the 4 cases as MM.The findings not only provide a reference for the pathological diagnosis of canine MM but also offer valuable information for the diagnosis of MM in comparative medicine..关键词
