Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Etoricoxib Tablets combined with Pregabalin Capsules on patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Method:A total of 102 patients with KOA admitted to Taizhou People's Hospital from February 2022 to February 2024 were retrospectively selected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(n=51)and observation group(n=51).The control group was treated with Etoricoxib Tablets,and the observation group was treated with Pregabalin Capsules on the basis of the control group.Knee function,pain degree,bone metabolism indexes before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,pain,range of motion,muscle strength,joint function,flexion deformity and stability scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the scores of Western Ontario and Mcmaster Universities osteoarthritis index(WOMAC)were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the pain intensity(PPI)score,pain grading index(PRI)and visual analogue scale(VAS)score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of bone-specific alkaline phosphatase(BALP),osteoprotectin(OPG)and osteocalcin(BGP)in observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Etoricoxib Tablets combined with Pregabalin Capsules in the treatment of KOA patients can significantly improve knee joint function,reduce pain,improve bone metabolism level,and have good safety.关键词
