Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Lianhua Qingwen Capsules combined with Oseltamivir in the treatment of patients with influenza.Method:A total of 84 patients with influenza who admitted to the 63750 Team Hospital of the Chinese People's Liberation Army from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the research objects,the patients were divided into the control group(n=42)and the observation group(n=42)by random number table method.The control group was treated with Oseltamivir Phosphate,the observation group was treated with Oseltamivir Phosphate combined with Lianhua Qingwen Capsules,two groups were treated for 5 d.The improvement of clinical symptoms,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,C-reactive protein(CRP),clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:The disappearance times of fever,sore throat,cough and muscle acid in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05);the main symptoms,secondary symptoms,total scores and CRP levels in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);the total incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,but there was no significant difference between two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Lianhua Qingwen Capsules combined with Oseltamivir in the treatment of influenza can effectively accelerate the improvement of clinical symptoms,improve the inflammation control effect and treatment effect,and will not increase the adverse drug reactions,with good effectiveness and safety.关键词
