Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with acupuncture in patients with hemiplegia in convalescence period stroke.Method:Ninety patients with hemiplegia in convalescence period of stroke from October 2020 to August 2023 in Lufeng People's Hospital were included and grouped into two groups according to random number table method.The 45 cases in the control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,the 45 cases in the observation group plus Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture.The intergroup modified Barthel index(MBI),National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS),Berg balance scale(BBS),Fugl-Meyer motor function(FMA),inflammatory factors,erythrocyte precipitation rate(ESR),and D-dimer(D-D)were evaluated between the two groups.Result:After treatment,MBI scores increased and NIHSS scores decreased in the two groups,MBI score was higher and NIHSS score was lower in the observation group than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the BBS,upper limb FMA and lower limb FMA scores of the two groups were increased,and the BBS,upper limb FMA and lower limb FMA scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,PCT,hs-CRP,ESR and D-D were decreased in the two groups,and the PCT,hs-CRP,ESR and D-D were lower in the observation group than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with acupuncture can improve ESR and D-D,reduce the degree of neurological impairment and inflammatory response,improve limb balance and motor function,and enhance the ability of daily life on patients with hemiplegia in convalescence period of stroke.关键词
