Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of traction method combined with massage according to the meridians on patients with lower back pain.Method:A total of 80 patients with low back pain admitted to Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Dongzhimen Hospital Xiamen Hospital from April 2022 to October 2023 were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given traction method combined with massage according to the meridians on the basis of control group.The pain degree,lumbar muscle index,lumbar mobility,lumbar function before,1 week after and 2 weeks after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,numerical rating scale(NRS)and modified Japanese Orthopaedic Association scores(mJOA)scores of the two groups were decreased,and NRS score and mJOA score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).One week and two weeks after treatment,Lysholm score in observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the ratio of lumbar and back flexion and extension decreased,and the peak moment and average power of lumbar and back extension increased in both groups,the ratio of lumbar and back flexion and extension in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the peak moment and average power of lumbar and back extension state were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,both groups showed an increase in rotation and lateral flexion,the observation group had a higher degree of rotation and lateral flexion than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with low back pain,the combination of traction method combined with massage according to the meridians can quickly relieve the symptoms of patients in all aspects,reduce the degree of pain,improve the function of the lumbar spine and the level of lumbar muscle strength,and increase the degree of lumbar flexion activity.关键词
