内镜下碎石联合自拟和胃化石汤治疗胃结石的临床效果
Clinical Effect of Lithotripsy under Endoscopic Combined with Self-made Hewei Huashi Decoction in the Treatment of Gastric Stones

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of lithotripsy under endoscopic combined with self-made Hewei Huashi Decoction in the treatment of gastric stones.Method:Sixty patients with gastric calculus admitted to Weihai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2022 to December 2023 were selected.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with lithotripsy under endoscopic combined with self-made Hewei Huashi Decoction,and the control group was treated with lithotripsy under endoscopic combined with western medicine intervention.Chinese medicine symptom score before and after treatment,gastric stone emptying and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the Chinese medicine symptom scores of the two groups decreased,and the Chinese medicine symptom score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the gastric stone clearance rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).No obvious adverse reactions were observed in both groups during treatment.Conclusion:Lithotripsy under endoscopic combined with self-prepared Hewei Huashi Decoction has achieved good results in the treatment of gastric calculus.关键词
