支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞治疗基底动脉顶端动脉瘤的临床效果及对预后情况的影响
Clinical Efficacy and Impact on Prognosis of Stent Assisted Spring Coil Embolization in the Treatment of Basilar Tip Aneurysms

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and impact on prognosis of stent assisted spring coil embolization in the treatment of basilar tip aneurysms(BTA).Method:A total of 88 BTA patients admitted to Nantong University Affiliated Rugao Hospital from April 2019 to April 2023 were retrospectively selected.The patients were divided into group A(n=44)and group B(n=44)according to different surgical plans.Group A was given embolization with spring coil and group B was given stent assisted embolization with spring coil.The embolization effects,the prognosis at admission,discharge,and 6 months after discharge,quality of life 1 d before surgery and 6 months after surgery,and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The total aneurysm occlusion rate in group B was 95.45%,which was higher than 79.55%in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Six months after discharge,the Glasgow outcome scale(GOS)score in group B was higher than that in group A,and the modified Rankin scale(mRS)score was lower than that in group A,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Six months after surgery,the vitality,physical pain,physiological function,and health scores of Group B were higher than those of Group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Stent assisted spring coil embolization for BTA has better effect,can improve the prognosis,enhance the quality of life,and has good safety.The operation should be scientifically selected according to the tumor condition.关键词
