揿针八髎穴联合肠露灌肠液治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床效果
Clinical Effect of Press Needle Baliao Acupoint Combined with Intestinal Liquid Enema in the Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of press needle Baliao acupoint combined with intestinal liquid enema in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Method:A total of 70 patients with ulcerative colitis admitted to the Spleen and Stomach Department and Anal Enterology Department of Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were given Mesalazine Enteric-coated Tablets oral as the basic treatment.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group(used Intestinal Liquid Enema+press needle Baliao acupoint)and control group(used Intestinal Liquid Enema),35 cases in each group,The course of treatment was 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,inflammation index and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores of both of the observation group and the control group decreased compared with those before treatment,and the traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores of the observation group decreased more significantly than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,C-reactive protein(CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)and fecal calcareous protein(FC)in the observation group and the control group were all decreased compared with those before treatment,and CRP,ESR and FC in the observation group were significantly decreased compared with the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:The combination of press needle Baliao acupoint and intestinal liquid enema can synergically promote the remission of inflammation in ulcerative colitis,improve the clinical symptoms and improve the clinical curative effect.关键词
