Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of endoscopic surgery combined with Xiangju Capsules on patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps.Method:A total of 100 patients with chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps admitted to Wujin Hospital Affiliated to Jiangsu University from January 2022 to February 2024 were selected.They were divided into control group(n=50,odd)and observation group(n=50,even)according to ball-touching method.The control group was given nasal endoscopic surgery,and the observation group was given Xiangju Capsules on the basis of the control group.Nasal ventilation function,nasal endoscopic Lund-Kennedy score,olfactory function,mucociliary clearance function before and after treatment and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the nasal airway resistance of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the distance from the minimum cross-sectional area of the nasal cavity to the front nostril was shorter than that of the control group,and the nasal volume and minimum cross-sectional area of the nasal cavity were larger than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the nasal endoscopic Lund-Kennedy score and olfactory function score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,saccharin clearance time in observation group was shorter than that in control group,mucociliary clearance speed and mucociliary clearance rate were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.00%,which was lower than 18.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps,nasal endoscopic surgery combined with Xiangju Capsules can significantly improve nasal ventilation function,reduce Lund-Kennedy score,improve olfaction function,accelerate the clearance efficiency of nasal mucocilia,and significantly reduce complications.关键词
