Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the combination therapy of Anweiyang capsules in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)positive gastric duodenal ulcers.Method:86 patients with Hp positive gastric duodenal ulcers admitted to Nanzheng District People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method.The control group(43 cases)received conventional Western medicine treatment,while the study group(43 cases)received combined treatment with Anweiyang capsules on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Result:The total effective rate and Hp eradication rate of the study group's treatment,as well as the transforming growth factor-α(TGF-α)levels were higher than those of the control group,and the levels of matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9),gastrin(GAS),motilin(MTL),C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),and interleukin-8 were lower than those of the control group,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference is not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Anweiyang capsules in the treatment of Hp positive gastric duodenal ulcers can effectively promote the regulation of gastrointestinal hormone secretion and ulcer healing in patients,alleviate ulcer inflammatory stimulation and pathogenic bacterial infection,and have high safety and practicality in treatment.关键词
