Abstract
Objective:To investigate the influence of bayaspirin combined with air pressure instrument for postpartum foot nailfold microcirculation and lower limb blood flow of delivery women with cesarean section.Method:According to the random number table method,180 cases of cesarean section in Xiaonan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into group A,group B and group C according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The patients of group A were treated with bayaspirin,the patients of group B were treated with air pressure instrument,and the patients of group C were treated with bayaspirin combined with air pressure instrument.The incidence of deep vein thrombosis in lower limbs,swelling of lower limbs before and after treatment(extracellular water ratio),nail fold microcirculation(weighted integral of nail fold microcirculation)and blood flow velocity of lower limbs were compared among the three groups.Result:The lower limbs deep vein thrombosis rate of group C was significantly lower than that of group A and group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in extracellular water ratio,nail fold microcirculation weighted integral and lower limb blood flow velocity among the three groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 5 days of treatment,the extracellular water ratio and the weighted integral of nail fold microcirculation in group C were lower than those in groups A and B,and the lower limb blood flow velocity was higher than that in groups A and B,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of deep vein thrombosis,extracellular water ratio,weighted integral of nail fold microcirculation and lower limb blood flow velocity between group A and group B(P>0.05).Conclusion:The bayaspirin combined with air pressure instrument can significantly improve the postpartum foot nailfold microcirculation and lower limb blood flow of delivery women with cesarean section,and it is more helpful to the prevention and control of lower limbs deep vein thrombosis.关键词
