目的:探究拜阿司匹林联合气压仪治疗对剖宫产产妇产后足甲襞微循环及下肢血流的影响.方法:选取2022年1月—2023年6月孝感市孝南区妇幼保健院收治的180例剖宫产产妇作为研究对象,依据随机数表法分为A组、B组和C组,每组各60例.A组采用拜阿司匹林治疗,B组采用气压仪治疗,C组采用拜阿司匹林联合气压仪治疗.比较三组的下肢深静脉血栓发生率、治疗前后的下肢肿胀情况(细胞外水分比率)、足甲襞微循环(足甲襞微循环加权积分)及下肢血流速度.结果:C组的下肢深静脉血栓发生率低于A组及B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前三组的细胞外水分比率、足甲襞微循环加权积分及下肢血流速度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗 5 d后C组的细胞外水分比率及足甲襞微循环加权积分低于A组及B组,下肢血流速度高于A组及B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组与B组的下肢深静脉血栓发生率、细胞外水分比率、足甲襞微循环加权积分及下肢血流速度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:拜阿司匹林联合气压仪治疗可显著改善剖宫产产妇的产后足甲襞微循环及下肢血流,有助于下肢深静脉血栓的防控.

Objective:To investigate the influence of bayaspirin combined with air pressure instrument for postpartum foot nailfold microcirculation and lower limb blood flow of delivery women with cesarean section.Method:According to the random number table method,180 cases of cesarean section in Xiaonan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into group A,group B and group C according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The patients of group A were treated with bayaspirin,the patients of group B were treated with air pressure instrument,and the patients of group C were treated with bayaspirin combined with air pressure instrument.The incidence of deep vein thrombosis in lower limbs,swelling of lower limbs before and after treatment(extracellular water ratio),nail fold microcirculation(weighted integral of nail fold microcirculation)and blood flow velocity of lower limbs were compared among the three groups.Result:The lower limbs deep vein thrombosis rate of group C was significantly lower than that of group A and group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in extracellular water ratio,nail fold microcirculation weighted integral and lower limb blood flow velocity among the three groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 5 days of treatment,the extracellular water ratio and the weighted integral of nail fold microcirculation in group C were lower than those in groups A and B,and the lower limb blood flow velocity was higher than that in groups A and B,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of deep vein thrombosis,extracellular water ratio,weighted integral of nail fold microcirculation and lower limb blood flow velocity between group A and group B(P>0.05).Conclusion:The bayaspirin combined with air pressure instrument can significantly improve the postpartum foot nailfold microcirculation and lower limb blood flow of delivery women with cesarean section,and it is more helpful to the prevention and control of lower limbs deep vein thrombosis.
