左甲状腺素钠联合碘131对老年高危分化型甲状腺癌术后患者的效果分析

Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of levothyroxine sodium combined with iodine 131 on hormone recovery,serum thyroglobulin level and immune function in elderly patients with high-risk differentiated thyroid cancer(DTC)after operation.Method:A total of 120 elderly postoperative DTC patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from November 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into 131 groups and experimental groups,with 60 cases in each group.131 group was treated with iodine131,while experimental group was treated with iodine131 combined with levothyroxine sodium.The treatment cycle was 12 weeks.The changes of hormone level,serum thyroglobulin level and immune function before and after treatment were observed.Result:There was no significant difference in biochemical indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the TSH level in the experimental group was lower than that in 131 group,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).And the free Thyroxine(FT4)and free Triiodothyronine(FT3)levels in the experimental group were significantly higher than that in 131 group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of thyrogloblin(Tg)and thyroglobulin(TgAb)in experimental group were significantly lower than those in 131 group,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).CD3+and CD4+in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in 131 group,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).While CD8+in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in 131 group,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Iodine131 combined with levothyroxine sodium can maintain the levels of thyroid hormone and serum thyroglobulin in elderly DTC patients and improve their immune function.关键词
