Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of holmium laser lithotripsy under flexible ureteroscopy in the treatment of patients with upper ureteral calculi.Method:A total of 86 patients with upper ureteral calculi admitted to People's Hospital of Xintai City from January to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the method of double-color ball randomization,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy,while the observation group was treated with holmium laser lithotripsy under flexible ureteroscopy.The stress indexes,blood gas indexes,surgical indexes,stone clearance rate and complications were compared between two groups.Result:3 d after operation,the levels of cortisol(Cor),interleukin-6(IL-6)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in two groups were higher than those before operation,but the observation group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the blood gas indexes between two groups before and 3 d after operation(P>0.05).The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the operation time and lithotripsy time were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the stone clearance rate between two groups 1 month after operation(P>0.05);The stone clearance rate of the observation group 3 months after operation was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).1 week after operation,the scores of psychological function,physical function,social function and material life in the two groups were higher than those before operation,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Holmium laser lithotripsy under flexible ureteroscopy is effective in the treatment of patients with upper ureteral calculi,it can shorten the treatment time,improve the stone clearance rate,lower the incidence of complications,faster postoperative recovery and higher quality of life.关键词
