Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical efficacy and prognostic influence of transcatheter intervention and operation for ventricular septal defect in children with congenital heart disease.Method:A total of 68 children(all were diagnosed with ventricular septal defect in children with congenital heart disease)admitted to Zhangzhou Hospital,Fujian Medical University from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,and the children were divided into control group(surgical operation)and observation group(transcatheter intervention)according to different clinical surgical methods,with 34 cases in each group.The curative effect and prognosis of different surgical treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:There was no significant difference in the comparsion of success rate(effective rate)between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the operative time,intraoperative blood loss and total hospital stay in the observation group were lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of postoperative complications was lower in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After operation,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in observation group was higher than that in control group,but left ventricular end-diastolic dimension(LVEDD)and left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transcatheter intervention in the treatment of ventricular septal defect in children with congenital heart disease is effective,can improve the level of postoperative cardiac function,reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
