单人肠镜导入双歧杆菌治疗肠易激综合征患者临床疗效及对肠道菌群的作用分析
Clinical Efficacy of Introducing Bifidobacteria into a Single Colonoscope for the Treatment of Irritable Bowel Syndrome Patients and Analysis of Its Effect on Gut Microbiota

Abstract
Objective:To investigate and analyze the clinical efficacy of single person colonoscopy with the introduction of bifidobacteria in patients with irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)and the role of gut microbiota.Method:98 IBS patients admitted to Jinjiang City Hospital from February 2021 to February 2024 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 49 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with single person colonoscopy introducing bifidobacteria,while the control group treated with povidonium bromide.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The number of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus,as well as the milk fat glotule-epidermal growth factor 8(MFG-E8)level in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,but the levels of Escherichia coli,Enterococcus faecalis,and D-lactic acid D-LA were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the comparison of total occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of IBS,using a single colonoscope to introduce bifidobacteria is beneficial for improving gut microbiota levels,it can provide effective assistance for the recovery of intestinal mucosal barrier function,and has high safety.关键词
