火龙罐对呼吸衰竭行无创通气合并腹胀患者的临床应用效果观察

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical application effect of Huolong pot in patients with respiratory failure undergoing non-invasive ventilation combined with abdominal distension.Method:A total of 100 patients with respiratory failure undergoing non-invasive ventilation combined with abdominal distension admitted to Yancheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the subjects of this study.They were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received general nursing and acupressure,while the research group received general nursing combined with dragon pot traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology.Before intervention and 7 days after intervention,the gastrointestinal function,comfort and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:The recovery time of gastrointestinal function such as abdominal distension relief,bowel sound recovery,defecation and exhaust in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant differences in the comparison of comfort level of the two groups(P>0.05).After 7 days of intervention,the comfort score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of abdominal distension,hiccup,constipation and Chinese medcine sydrome such as abdominal pain in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dragon pot can effectively improve the level of gastrointestinal function in patients with respiratory failure undergoing non-invasive ventilation combined with abdominal distension,improve the comfort level and improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
