Abstract
"Eastern Assistance and Western Employment"is a new path for the eastern region of China that assists the western region's development through vocational education.In practice,there are assistance models such as Zhejiang Yongkang's"Moving Eastward and Returning Westward",Shenzhen Xichuang's"Rain and Dew Direct Train",and Fujian Feimaotui's"school-enterprise-industry Linkage"."Eastern Assistance and Western Employment"is the unity of actual and should be,process and result,local and overall.The common wealth development concept is the theoretical basis of"Eastern Assistance and Western Employment",the western region development needs are the practical basis of"Eastern Assistance and Western Employment".The characteristics of vocational education itself are the basis for the action of"Eastern Assistance and Western Employment".To further enhance the quality and influence of"Eastern Assistance and Western Employment",it is necessary to understand its actions with strategic thinking,expand its actions with innovative thinking,and evaluate its actions with dialectical thinking.关键词
