The Construction of Municipal Industry-education Consortium:Implementation Status and Optimization Paths

Abstract
Building the municipal industry-education consortium is a key strategic task for constructing and reforming vocational education system in the new era.At present,the municipal industry-education consortium is committed to exploring data-sharing platforms,collaborative innovation systems,and diversified joint governance patterns to achieve the integration of resources,precise matching of market demand,and institutional collaborative innovation,in order to better serve national strategies.However,the consortium's construction still faces problems such as incomplete coordination mechanisms,inadequate mechanisms for property rights and benefit distribution,uneven technological innovation and service capabilities of vocational colleges,and lack of established assessment,evaluation,and supervision mechanisms.Therefore,it is necessary to build a government-led municipal organizational collaboration system,and enhance the tightness and integration of the consortium;to establish a sound regional cooperation mechanism for the rational allocation of interests and responsibilities among multiple stakeholders,and promote in-depth communication and cooperation among them;to establish a school joint research and development mechanism that connects industries and complements each other's strengths,and form a demand-driven and mutually empowered community with a shared future;to make a scientific,reasonable and standardized assessment,evaluation and supervision mechanism to support the high-quality development of municipal industry-education consortium.关键词
