摘要

Abstract

In order to study the effects of different truncation intensities on new shoot growth and yield of winter jujube,the five-year old win-ter jujube was taken as the test material,and different degrees of annual secondary branches were truncated during the dormant period.The pruning response of branches was observed,and the growth of new shoots,leaf structure characteristics,leaf chlorophyll content and photosyn-thetic parameters were determined.The results showed that with the increase of truncation degree,the germination rate of one-year shoots de-creased,and the branching power increased.Shoot length,roughness,internode number and internode length increased gradually with the in-crease of truncation degree,and the growth potential increased.Heavy pruning significantly increased the SPAD value of leaves and jujube length.Heavy and moderate truncation could increase the number of flowers in the inflorescence and increase the hanging fruit ratio,but the hanging fruit ratio does not increase with the increase of truncation degree.With different truncation degree,the fruit weight per fruit increased significantly compared with the long-cut control,the yield of short-cut 1/3 and short-cut top bud was significantly higher than that of the con-trol,and there was no significant difference in fruit hardness among treatments.The diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate of truncated leaves showed a"double peak"curve.The net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,intercellular carbon dioxide concentration,transpi-ration rate and other photosynthetic parameters of moderately short cut were increased compared with those of long cut control,which effective-ly increased the amount of tree branches,improved the light conditions,and improved the photosynthetic capacity of leaves.
