民族地区乡村教师文化适应的构成要素及提升路径研究
Research on the Constituent Elements and Improvement Paths of Rural Teachers'Culture Adaptation of Rural Teachers in Ethnic Areas

Abstract
Rural teachers in ethnic areas are important cornerstones of the high-quality development of ethnic and rural education.The improvement of their cultural adaptability has an important impact on strengthening the construction of rural teachers in the ethnic region and improving the quality of rural edu-cation in the ethnic region.The adaptation of rural teachers in the ethnic area is composed of four aspects:adaptation of cultural value,adaptation of cultural thinking,cultural language symbol adaptation,and cul-tural behavior model.Due to the insufficient understanding of the current government's demand for rural teachers in the ethnic region,the school is in the countryside of the nation.Teachers are not fully trained,and rural teachers in ethnic areas themselves are influenced by factors such as insufficient performance in the process of cultural adaptation.The rural teachers'cultural adaptation capabilities in ethnic areas need to be improved.Based on this,the government provides policy assistance,school provides business assis-tance,and rural teachers in ethnic regions to establish independent assistance to build a path of enhance-ment path for rural teachers in ethnic regions.关键词
