本科院校旅游管理专业人才培养质量提升路径研究
Research on the Way to Improve the Quality of Tourism Management Talent Cultivation in Colleges and Universities
摘要
Abstract
Under the background of new liberal arts,the current situation of talent cultivation of tourism management majors is systematically analysed with the aim of exploring how to improve the culti-vation quality of this specialty.Through literature review and field research,the study reveals the short-comings of the current tourism management major in terms of curriculum system,practical teaching,inno-vation and entrepreneurial ability,and mathematical and intellectual ability cultivation.The optimisation of the curriculum system needs to focus on the integration of interdisciplinary knowledge and the updating of curriculum content.Promoting the integration of industry and teaching should be carried out through school-enterprise cooperation and internship practice to improve students'practical ability and employ-ment competitiveness.The improvement of students'new entrepreneurial ability can be realized through curriculum teaching,research training and industry practice.The improvement of students'numerical liter-acy is based on the cultivation of students'ability to adapt to the development of modern information tech-nology and the ability of data decision-making parties.Through systematic reforms and measures,the quality of talent training in tourism management can be improved to provide strong talent support for the development of the tourism industry.关键词
