Abstract
This article deeply understands that improving the working environment,improving labor equipment,and other purely technical aspects of safety production optimization are not enough to ensure a long-term mechanism for project safety operation.Safety culture,as a soft power,its deep construction and strengthening of employee safety awareness have become the key to the safe and efficient operation of projects.Given the cross disciplinary and multi-level complexity of safety culture,this article takes the construction of safety culture in Section 8 of the Liuwu Railway as a case study and uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process to construct a precise and efficient evaluation model for safety culture construction.This model not only breaks through the limitations of traditional evaluation systems,but also accurately captures the unique elements of safety culture in different industries,providing a scientific and quantitative evaluation tool for project safety management,significantly improving the efficiency and overall level of safety management.关键词
