Abstract
In the process of electrical test,in order to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment,the call and sing system must be implemented.However,the existence of problems such as high and low work surfaces,wide work scope,and noisy work sites make communication difficult during call and sing.Therefore,based on the test operation flow,call and sing logic,a test call and sing auxiliary device with blocking and alarm functions is developed.It realizes the auxiliary call and sing of the test operation process,and can monitor and prompt on-site testing personnel to operate the process,achieves logical locking of the operation process,and auto-matically sends out alarm signals.The power can be cut off in time when emergency situations,solving the safety hazards caused by inadequate on-site monitoring and ensuring the safety of electrical test.关键词
