植物源杀菌剂百里香酚对盆栽草莓根腐病的防治效果研究
Control Effect of the Plant-Derived Fungicide Thymol Against Root Rot on Potted Strawberry

Abstract
[Objective]Root rot caused by Fusarium oxysporum is one of the main diseases in strawberry.Currently,chemical control is the main method against this disease.It is necessary to explore more environmentally friendly plant-derived fungicides to control this disease synergistically.[Method]In this study,the control effect of the plant-derived fungicide thymol against F.oxysporum on potted strawberry was determined,and the appropriate concentration for use was assessed,then the appropriate concentration was determined.[Result]Thymol can effectively inhibit the growth of F.oxysporum and the infection of strain on the seedling of potted strawberries'Hong Yan'and'Tian Cha Li'.The inhibition and EC50 of thymol against F.oxysporum were 87.48%and 6.973 3 μg/mL,respectively.The disease indexes of these two inoculated plants were 2.22~5.56 after 14 days of root irrigation by thymol at concentrations of 75 μg/mL and 100 μg/mL,with control effects were 83.65%~90.89%.[Conclusion]Thymol at concentrations of 75 μg/mL and 100 μg/mL can be used to control root rot on potted strawberry caused by F.oxysporum.关键词
