摘要

Abstract

To further implement the requirements of the Ministry of Education on the construction and reform practice of new engineering disciplines,and to implement the strategic thinking of General Secretary Xi Jinping on establishing a powerful marine country,this paper proposes several exploring ideas to carry out the teaching reform of ship and ocean engineering major's basic courses from four aspects:"human""equipment""technique"and"morality",which is based on the qualified scientists and technicians demand of the maritime power strategy.Taking the ship and ocean engineering major's basic course Vibration and Noise Control Technology as an example,this paper studies the specific practical processes in the teaching team's construction,textbook planning,teaching methods'exploration,innovation and entrepreneurship practical education,and curriculum ideological and political construction in curriculum teaching reform.The research results of this paper could provide reference and application practice for cultivating new high-level compound leading talents who serve the national maritime power strategy as their mission and adapt to the needs of marine development,marine engineering,and marine protection.
