2013-2022年江西省赣州市性病流行病学特征分析
Epidemic characteristics of sexually transmitted diseases from 2013 to 2022 in Ganzhou of Jiangxi

Abstract
Objective:To understand the epidemiological characteristics and changing trends of sexually transmitted diseases in Ganzhou City,Jiangxi Province from 2013 to 2022,and to provide a scientific basis for improving preventive and treatment measures of sexually transmitted diseases in Ganzhou City.Methods:Data on gonorrhea,syphilis,condyloma acuminata,genital herpes,and genital chlamydia trachomatis infection in Ganzhou from 2013 to 2022 were collected through the Chinese Disease Prevention and Control Information System.Descriptive epidemiological methods were used for statistical analysis of the data.Results:From 2013 to 2022,the reported incidence of sexually transmitted diseases showed a trend of first rising and then declining.The reported incidence rate increased from 50.38/100 000 in 2013 to 102.36/100 000 in 2018(χ2trend=1 920.327,P＜0.001),and then decreased to 77.02/100 000 in 2022(χ2trend=427.761,P＜0.001).The annual average reported incidence rate was highest for syphilis(33.32/100 000)and genital Chlamydia trachomatis infection(21.73/100 000).The top-three counties/districts with the highest annual average reported incidence rates were Zhanggong District(167.54/100 000),Dingnan County(162.02/100 000),and Ganxian District(95.36/100 000).From 2018 to 2022,the epidemic situation in the age group of 10-years,15-years,20-years still showed an upward trend,especially in the age group of 10-years,with an average annual growth rate of 61.82%.The occupational distribution was mainly farmers,those engaging housework and the unemployed,and commercial services,accounting for 52.20%,24.64%and 11.22%respectively.Conclusion:The situation of sexually transmitted diseases in Ganzhou City is severe.Strengthening the prevention and control of syphilis and genital chlamydia trachomatis infection,focusing on the prevention and control of the disease in key areas and among adolescents,and implementing comprehensive prevention and control measures to control the spreading of the disease.关键词
