Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effect of implementation of tuberculosis(TB)prevention and treatment plan in Ganzhou City from 2015 to 2020,and provide a reference basis for the development of strategies for further prevention and control.Methods:To carry out the final evaluation of"The 13th Five-Year"Plan for TB prevention and control in Ganzhou City,and to collect data from TB information management system from 2015 to 2020 based on"The 13th Five-Year"Plan for TB prevention and control in Jiangxi Province.Descriptive analysis of changes in key indicators and distributional char-acteristics of TB prevention and control in Ganzhou City,and the changing trend of the incidence rate were described using the annual rate of decline from 2015-2020.Results:During"The 13th Five-Year"Plan period,Ganzhou City's government investment increased year by year,with a total investment of 11.887 million yuan,reaching 0.23 yuan per capita;the reported incidence of tuberculosis in 2015 and 2016 was similar,84.24/100 000 and 84.37/100 000,respectively.The reported incidence of tuberculosis in 2017-2020 decreased year by year,and the reported incidence of tuberculosis in 2020 was 58.22/100 000.The reported tuberculosis mortality rate from 2015 to 2020 was all lower than 0.50 per 100 000,with the highest rate of 0.43 per 100 000 in 2016 and the lowest rate of 0.07 per 100 000 in 2020.Among the counties(cities and districts)in Ganzhou City,the tuberculosis epidemic rate decreased rapidly in Ganxian District,Chongyi County and Xingguo County,with the average annual incidence rate decreased by 10.88%,11.12%and 12.05%respectively.The epidemic rate increased in Dayu County and Huichang County,with an average annual increase rate of 0.43%and 2.00%respectively.From 2015 to 2020,the pathogenetic positive rate of tuberculosis patients was higher than 40.00%,with the highest rate in 2020(61.15%)and the lowest rate in 2017(43.97%).From 2015 to 2020,the overall arrival rate of tuberculosis patients and suspected tuberculosis patients reported was higher than 95.00%,with the highest rate in 2020(99.20%)and the lowest rate in 2019(97.34%).The successful treatment rate of tuberculosis patients from 2015 to 2020 was more than 90.00%,of which the highest rate was 95.79%in 2019 and the lowest rate was 93.62%in 2017.From 2015 to 2020,the drug resistance screening rate of high-risk drug resistance groups was higher than 70.00%,with the highest rate in 2020(99.65%)and the lowest rate in 2015(70.49%).The rate of new etiological positive patients drug resistance screening from 2015 to 2020 was the highest in 2020(98.47%)and the lowest in 2016(26.49%).The rate of drug-resistant patients receiving treatment from 2015 to 2020 was the highest in 2018(74.56%)and the lowest in 2015(35.71%).The successful treatment rate of drug-resistant patients from 2015 to 2020 was the highest in 2020,at 80.85%,and the lowest in 2018,at 37.65%.Conclusion:Targets of''The 13th Five-Year''Plan for TB control and prevention in Ganzhou City have been basically met,drug-resistant TB control and laboratory construction have reached the leading level in Jiangxi province.The cooperation between healthcare and disease prevention and control,medical protection for drug-resistant TB,and preventive treatment for latently infected patients are the challenges for TB prevention and treatment in Ganzhou City.关键词
