Abstract
Objective:To explore the effectiveness of quality nursing in the maintenance of vascular access in patients with hemodialysis.Methods:Clinical data of patients with stage 5 chronic kidney disease who received hemodialysis at The Second Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University from January to December 2020 were collected.Patients who received conventional nursing methods were set as the control group,and those who received high-quality nursing methods were set as the experimental group,with 18 cases in each group.The occurrence of vascular access adverse events(infection,bleeding,catheter detachment,etc.)between the two groups were compared.Results:The infection rate,bleeding rate and catheter dislocation rate of the experimental group were all lower than those of the control group,and the overall adverse event rate was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion:High-quality care can significantly reduce the incidence of vascular access infection,bleeding and catheter detachment in hemodialysis patients,thereby improving the quality of life of patients with hemodialysis and extending their life span.关键词
