Abstract
Objective:To analyze the pharmaceutical practice for a child with refractory drug-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection after neurosurgery by clinical pharmacists.Methods:Retrospective analysis was performed on the treatment process of a child with refractory drug-resistant P.aeruginosa infection after neurosurgery by clinical pharmacists.Results:Combined with the disease condition,pathogen characteristics and antimicrobial properties,clinical pharmacists assisted clinicians in developing treatment regimens and conducting pharmaceutical care,ultimately controlling the infection.Conclusion:In the treatment process of pediatric patients with refractory drug-resistant P.aeruginosa infection after neurosurgery,clinical pharmacists,combined with their own professional knowledge,timely assist clinicians in the formulation,adjustment and pharmaceutical care of anti-infection regimens,ensuring the safety and effectiveness of treatment,and playing an important role in the treatment team.关键词
