Abstract
Objective:Exploring the changes in glutamate metabolism concentration and proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy(1H-MRS)characteristics in brain tissue of patients with early cognitive impairment.Methods:The 1H-MRS scan data of 136 patients with early cognitive impairment(observation group)and 100 healthy volunteers(control group)from August 2018 to August 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.The NAA/Cr,mI/Cr,and Glx/Cr ratios of patients with different degrees of cognitive impairment were compared between two groups and the observation group.Results:The observation group had significantly lower NAA/Cr than the control group,while mI/Cr and Glx/Cr were significantly higher than the control group.ROC analysis shows that NAA/Cr,mI/Cr,and Glx/Cr can all be used to diagnose early cognitive impairment.Within the observation group,as cognitive impairment worsened,NAA/Cr decreased while mI/Cr and Glx/Cr increased.The 1H-MRS results showed a negative correlation between NAA/Cr and the degree of cognitive impairment,while mI/Cr and Glx/Cr were negatively correlated.Conclusion:Based on the above findings,changes in NAA/Cr,mI/Cr,and Glx/Cr can not only be used for the diagnosis of early cognitive impairment,but are also closely related to the degree of cognitive impairment,providing reference for clinical treatment.Therefore,it has high clinical application value and promotion significance.关键词
