术前2D超声及弹性成像在乳腺癌肿块体积测量中的价值研究
Clinical Value of Preoperative 2D Ultrasound and Ultrasound Strain Elastogra-phy Imaging in the Measurement of Breast Cancer Mass Volume

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of preoperative 2D ultrasound and ultrasound strain elastography imaging in the measurement of breast cancer mass volume to provide more reference for guiding the selection of ultrasound technique and formulation of surgical plan.Methods:198 patients with breast cancer diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2022 were retrospectively included,and the clinical features,ultrasound and histopathological examination data were analyzed.SPSS 19.0 software was used to evaluate the accuracy and influencing factors of 2D ultrasound and elastography in measuring breast cancer mass volume through univariate analysis and Logistic regression model multivariate analysis.Results:The volume of breast cancer mass measured by 2D ultrasound and elastography was highly consistent with the histopathological results,with intraclass correlation coefficients(ICC)of 0.82 and 0.80,respectively,and Spearman's rank correlation coefficient analysis(r)of 0.84 and 0.80,respectively,all with P<0.01.Logistic regression modelshowed that the maximum size of the mass,invasive ductal carcinoma with intraductal carcinoma in situ and calcification had significant effects on preoperative 2D ultrasound measurements(P<0.05),and calcification had significant effects on preoperative elastic imaging measurements(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both preoperative 2D ultrasound and ultrasound strain elastography can be used to measure breast cancer mass volume with similar accuracy,and the preoperative elastic imaging measurement is less affected by clinical and imaging characteristics.关键词
