新时代学校体育"四位一体"目标下高校公共体育改革路径研究
摘要
Abstract
To deepen the integration of sports and education,implement the"four-in-one"goal of school physical education,which includes"enjoying sports,enhancing physical fitness,perfecting personality and tempering willpower",it will explore methods and approaches for students'comprehensive quality.Using literature review and logical analysis methods,this study investigates the reform of public physical education in universities under the"four-in-one"goal of school physical education in the new era.Firstly,it is to construct a"classroom teaching+extracurricular exercise+in and out of classroom competition"curriculum model,with highlighting students'dominant position,and exploring solutions to the"two skins"problem inside and outside of class.Secondly,it is to construct a teaching model of"body and mental cultivation"based on"sports ability+healthy behavior+sports morality",promote the collaborative integration of"sports+ideological and political education",and enhance students'core academic literacy.Thirdly,it is necessary to build a diversified evaluation system of"multiple targets,multiple methods,and multiple subjects",implement dynamic evaluation of the entire process of students'learning,it can mobilize students'subjective initiative in"learning,practice,competition,and evaluation",and improve the teaching effect of"body and mental cultivation".Under the"four-in-one"goal of school physical education in the new era,the reform of Public Physical Education in colleges and universities can provide theoretical basis for solving the problems of"how to cultivate people"and"what kind of people to cultivate".关键词
