Research Progress of Mesenchymal Stem Cell-Derived Exosomes in Treatment of Osteosarcoma
摘要
Abstract
This review is to elucidate the research progress of mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes (MSC-Exos) in the treatment of ostcosarcoma (OS). By reviewing recent relevant literature, the current status，pathogenesis and potential therapeutic targets of OS, the biological characteristics and functions of MSC-Exos, as well as the research progress of MSC-Exos in OS targeted therapy, tumor drug resistance and as a drug delivery carrier arc summarized. The results show that MSC-Exos, as a novel biological therapeutic agent，has broad application prospects in OS treatment.关键词
