摘要

Abstract

The dissemination relationship of copper polymetallic sulfide ore is complex,and the traditional flotation process can not fully meet the needs of industrial production.The development of efficient new flotation process is an important research topic in this field.This paper summarizes the research and application status of seven new flotation processes in the separation of copper polymetallic sulfide ores,and analyzes the characteristics and adaptability of various processes.The new flotation process has the advantages of strong adaptability,obvious quality improvement and consumption reduction.It has obvious technical advantages in improving ore treatment capacity,balancing circu-lating load,shortening process flow and strengthening the comprehensive recovery of precious metals.In the future,it is necessary to strengthen the joint application of new flotation processes and basic theoretical research,so as to pro-vide theoretical support for the research and development of special flotation reagents and efficient flotation equipment.
