Design of Efficient Automatic Oyster Shell Punching and Threading Equipment for Oyster Seedling Breeding

Abstract
The drilling and threading of oyster shells during the process of oyster seedling cultivation is cumbersome and inefficient.To improve the efficiency and success rate of oyster seedling cultivation,an efficient and automated equipment for drilling and threading oyster shells is designed and implemented.During the research process,the design of the mechanical structure is thoroughly explored,the control system is optimized,and improvements are made to the punching and threading technology.Through careful design and debugging,an automated equipment capable of automatically positioning,fixing,punching,and threading oyster shells is manufactured.The device adopts advanced sensors and control systems to ensure the accuracy of punching and threading,significantly reducing the cost of manual operation.The experimental results show that the automated equipment performs well in the drilling and threading operation of oyster shells.Compared with traditional manual operation,the efficiency is improved several times,and the accuracy of drilling and threading is also significantly improved.This not only improves the survival rate of oyster seedlings,but also brings an efficient and reliable automation solution to the oyster seedling breeding industry.This research achievement is of great significance in the automation and intelligent development of oyster seedling cultivation technology,providing strong support for the technological and industrial upgrading of related industries.关键词
