摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the current increasing demand for fan blade motors in the market,as well as the problems of low production efficiency,complex assembly processes,and large product quality fluctuations in traditional manual assembly in China,a modular multi station automatic assembly machine for fan blade motor frames is designed and manufactured,which improves the efficiency and forming quality of fan blade motor frame assembly.This automatic assembly machine integrates modular processes such as turntable and positioning components,automatic locking screws,automatic detection,fan blade handling and pre pressing,fan blade pressing,and sorting of good and bad products.Each workstation adopts an open structure modular design to meet the rapid response of different product specifications during production.The control system consists of PLC,touch screen,detection module,et al.The action process is relatively complex,the production process is compact,and there are many requirements for spatial interference protection,which can adapt to higher requirements.At present,assembly machines achieve good results in practical applications,with an assembly speed is up to 25 pcs/min,far exceeding the manual assembly speed.The yield rate is greater than or equal to 99.0%.The device obtaines national invention patent authorization.
