Abstract
Intelligent automation equipment devices,such as wire stripping devices installs on production lines.An intelligent strip stripping device is designed to replace manual strip stripping and solve problems such as low efficiency and high labor costs.Based on the demand for intelligent strip stripping devices to replace manual labor,and according to the installation characteristics of the device in a vertical cross-linked VCV production line,an intelligent strip stripping device based on gear and belt transmission is designed,and the device is analyzed and optimized.The wire stripping device consists of a driving mechanism,transmission components,and a photoelectric induction recognition alarm system.The cross-linked wire core wraps with non-woven fabric tape passes through the driving mechanism in the production line,and the transmission components make corresponding actions through the principle of photoelectric recognition alarm system,which is applied to the VCV production line.The driving mechanism is made of a frame,base,turntable,and drum.The transmission components are achieved through gear and belt transmission.The above research indicates that the application of intelligent strip stripping devices in vertical cross-linking production lines is more time-saving and labor-saving,effectively solving the problems of low efficiency in manual strip stripping and high environmental risks.It realizes intelligent automatic strip stripping,improves production efficiency,and the design is put into use in the production field.关键词
