Abstract
[Research purpose]Scientific and technological innovation is the core element of developing new quality productive forces.To fully leverage the core role of scientific and technological innovation in leading the development of new quality productive forces,it is necessary to clarify the internal logic and practical issues of scientific and technological innovation and the development of new quality productive forces,and propose implementation pathways and suggestions.[Research method]It Uses literature analysis to clarify the inherent logic of scientific and technological innovation and new quality productive forces.The inductive analysis method is used to summarize the domestic practical exploration of developing new quality productive forces through scientific and technological innovation,and to find replicable and popularizable experiences.[Research conclusion]To develop new quality productive forces through scientific and technological innovation,we must adhere to the development pathways of new quality productive forces with the core of cultivating higher-quality scientific and technological talents,optimizing the allocation of innovation factors and building a modern industrial system.We must also focus on promoting in-depth reforms,promoting the integrated development of education,science and technology,and talents,stimulating the multiplier effect of industry and technology,vigorously promoting the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements and expanding high-level opening up.关键词
