摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the problem of slow response speed of the traditional pneumatic brake system of commercial vehicles,an electronical pneumatic relay valve is designed in this paper,and its working process is modeled and analyzed.Firstly,based on the structural characteristics of the designed relay valve and the working principle of the braking process,a mathematical model including the relationship between the driving voltage and the output pressure of the relay valve is established.Then,a semi-physical model was built in AMESim and compared with the mathematical model to verify the correctness of the mathematical model.Further tests are carried out by building a test bench,and the results show that the response rate errors of the mathematical model and the semi-physical model are 3.12%and 0.433%,respectively.Finally,the test proves that the response speed of the output air pressure from the foot valve to the wheel brake air chamber can be increased by 26.4%after using the designed relay valve.
