摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the influence of micro-vibration on satellite high precision instrument,a vibration isolator with viscoelastic damping material and superstructure is designed,and the vibration isolator is combined with the satellite structure plate to form a structure plate with elastic boundary.The mechanical properties of vibration isolator were investigated with the finite element method.The theoretical model for elastic boundary plate is established and the natural frequency and mode shape of the elastic boundary plate are predicted.It is verified that the elastic boundary structure plate can suppress the satellite micro-vibration better than the fixed boundary structure plate under the actual working strength requirements.Comparing with the whole star with fixed structure plate,the whole star with elastic boundary structure plate can reduce the micro-vibration transmission effect by 90%.
