日本经济安全保障智库的战略动因、架构及运行机制分析
Analysis of Strategic Motivation,Architecture,and Operational Mechanism of Japanese Economic Security Think Tank

Abstract
[Research purpose]Under the framework of economic security strategy,Japan has established its first economic security think tank.It is of practical significance to study the strategic layout and construction path of Japanese think tanks to accelerate the construction of scientific and technological think tanks in the field of security in China.[Research method]Based on the content mining of policy texts,this paper summarizes and extracts the main characteristics of Japan's economic security think tank strategy in terms of motivation,positioning,and architecture,exploring the construction pathways of the think tank.[Research conclusion]Japan has positioned the economic security think tank as a research think tank in the professional field.It has established a government-led organizational structure of in-depth integration of government,academic and research institutes,and strengthened think tanks from three aspects:basic elements,core functions,and research mechanisms.It is suggested that China should to further understand and grasp the strategic needs of focusing on national science and technology security,and actively cultivate think tanks with foundation and potential.In line with the national science and technology research and development plan,we will deploy think-tank research support projects and research projects in an orderly manner,building a multi-level research network and gathering all kinds of professionals.关键词
