TC4自锁螺母三点收口成型工艺有限元仿真研究
Finite Element Simulation of Three-point Necking Forming Process of TC4 Self-locking Nut
摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the TC4 titanium alloy self-locking nut,using ABAQUS and single factor control method,the finite element simulation at different necking volume,necking area height and necking speedare carried out.According to the necking in the enterprises at present,the finite element simulation model is established and the forming mechanism of self-locking nut is introduced.According to the simulation results,the necking processis observed,the changing law of stress and strain in the internal thread area in the neckingis analyzed.Meanwhile compared the effects of different groups of parameters on the simulation results.The results show that in the necking of the self-locking nut,the necking volume,necking area height and necking speed should be selected as large as possible without cracks,so as to increase the deformation of the internal thread area and the locking torque,improve product quality and processing efficiency.关键词
