Abstract
[Research purpose]It is a general trend that ChatGPT-like artificial intelligence technology into network public opinion decision-making.The organic combination is to help improve the ability and level of online public opinion decision-making,and it is of practical significance to promote the development of online public opinion decision-making towards intelligence decision-making with human-machine collaboration.[Research method]This study reviews the status of ChatGPT-like artificial intelligence in online public opinion decision-making by descriptive research,analyzing the value of ChatGPT-like artificial intelligence in online public opinion decision-making,studying the risks of ChatGPT-like artificial intelligence in online public opinion decision-making,and putting the risk prevention measures of ChatGPT-like artificial intelligence in online public opinion decision-making.[Research conclusion]The combination of ChatGPT-like artificial intelligence and online public opinion decision-making is helpful to the confirmation of online public opinion decision-making problems,the improvement of information,the improvement of efficiency and the enhancement of prediction,but there are also risks such as wrong decision-making,narrow decision-making,privacy invasion,and human-machine alienation.The organic integration of ChatGPT-like artificial intelligence and online public opinion decision-making need to build risk prevention measures from the aspects of role positioning,technical control,institutional guarantee and digital literacy,continuously improving the security,reliability,controllability and fairness of ChatGPT-like artificial intelligence in online public opinion decision-making.关键词
